MISSION : STEP INTO THE HIGHEST FREQUENCY
At this retreat you’ll get opportunity to step away from life and connect with our incredible group to step into the highest frequency in the Mediterranean paradise. Patricia is bringing you to her favorite little piece of paradise.
We will come together, relax, unwind, be looked after, have fun and enjoy the best of Kefalonia!
Guided every step of the way by Patricia, you’ll shed the layers of who you think you’re supposed to be and step into who you really are.
An amazing opportunity to spend the week in a loving soul community rejuvenating with daily movement practices, transformations sessions and meditation sessions.
We will also visit places of interest and do some fun excursions.
From the moment you arrive at the villa you will be given a big hug and the chance to ground, relax, connect.
Our aim is to really connect deeply with the heart, raise our frequency together doing it with ease, love and joy.

Villa Karmaniolos
The venue is in Villa Karmaniolos and it is located in the quaint little hamlet of Markandonata (close to the picturesque fishing port of Fiscardo) and is blessed with an exquisite palette of panoramic views including the white cliffs of the Lixouri Peninsula , lush green oak and cypress woodlands, all framed with the immense lapis lazuli blues of the Ionian Sea.
Here, at sunset, one can experience the most humbling experience whilst listening to the intermittent charming sounds of goat bells.

Villa Ellie
This stunning four bedroom villa overlooks an oak and cypress woodland and beyond to the blue waters of the Adriatic, the villa has been designed and built to a high specification, continuing the local tradition of craftsmanship and elegance ensuring comfort and ease of living, while maximising the outstanding views and beautiful natural surroundings.
All the terraces enjoy an uninterrupted panorama that extends from the wild Lixouri peninsula across a broad sweep of the Ionian Sea and the oak and cypress forest surrounding the old village of Antipata, to the lonely lighthouse at Sappho’s Leap on Lefkada’s southern point and a grandstand view of Antipata’s spectacular sunset!

Frequently Asked Questions
How can I reach the retreat location, and which airport should I fly into?
The designated airport is Kefalonia International Airport Anna Pollatou (EFL). Charter and direct flights from Athens are available every day.
What are the transportation options from the airport to the retreat venue?
Taxis are available at the airport, and the approximate cost is €100. Additionally, we can connect you with a travel agent, especially if there's a group arriving together, to arrange a group transfer at a potentially lower rate.
Do you recommend we fly out the day before and day after, or are the travel days built into the schedule?
You can arrive on the day of check-in and depart on the day of check-out as the schedule allows. However, we recommend considering an additional day on either side of the retreat to fully enjoy the wonderful offerings of the island. The check-in time is Saturday afternoon, and check-out is early morning on the following Saturday.
